There are GOOD people here, but base is well below market value. Compensation plan is impossible to understand. No 401k , good holiday and decent PTO. Company doesn't focus enough , jumps all over the place on priorities. Just like every other staffing company - nothing to make them unique and stand out in the market.

This company will promise you the moon and stars, but if you’re not coming in with an established book of business than you will not meet quota. Internal training and development are next to nonexistent and leaders will tell you to do the opposite
