many changes to rev org that IMHO are negatively affecting the quality of work we do for customers in a vertical where support of our product is of the utmost importance. Lots of highly skilled people leaving due to wholesale changes in org from a rev perspective that forces us to do lots of hard selling and discounting, which is not helping win deals

Komodo is (or was) differentiated in the market when I was there, and if you were willing to put the work in, and had a decent book, you could make a killing. I also found the mission and leadership to be great. That said, it’s not for the faint of heart, a lot of changes and a the best reps became subject matter experts on the data and software across the portfolio.
