My overall experience with LeadVenture was positive. I received effective training and feedback that helped me improve. There was some discord in the company, with departments feeling siloed, competitive, and out of sync. The culture was decent on the sales floor, though there were often complaints over product-market fit and higher level strategies I don't think ever made it to upper management.
