Former Employee My overall experience with Lily AI was one of learning, and working with a few of the best minds in e-commerce and AI. The executive leadership team is not one that I inspires growth. The targets shifted relatively quickly and the frequent layoff structure that is now baked into the strategy impedes trust of their employees, resulting in sub par culture. Issues that can also be attributed to the current state of the economy, although I believe its rooted a bit deeper and requires
a closer evaluation to prevent. Otherwise, a solid product that delivers on it's promise!
