Former Employee This company has barely grown in 12 years of being around because of the CEO. There is so much turn over at this company, almost no training or development, no career growth opportunities, and the culture is sub par at best. Liquibase preaches how much they support remote work which is funny. I was forced, along with some of my other colleagues, to be in office 5 days a week for entire days.
I will say there are strong departments at Confluent such as Marketing and Customer Success.
But overall I would avoid Liquibase as a place to work.
