Current Employee MP has a solid baseline product that makes a difference, but it hasn't had any significant updates in ages. Attrition rates have jumped to astonishing numbers in the last few quarters. The product is not sticky and isn't used by customers more than once in a jubilee year. The CS and Account Manager team has great people in the EU and the US but are asked to do way too much.
The sales organization seems to be completely inefficient. German sales leaders have been let go and replaced by new Americans who are unapproachable and, frankly, disrespectful to anyone who disagrees with them.
