Hypocritical and toxic management. Ever since Covid went away everyone is struggling to hit their quotas and management continues to micromanage you even though they’re not hitting their weekly KPI’s. If you are not kissing their rings they will find a way to put you on a PIP. Would only recommend getting your experience here and leaving for somewhere better.

Maxim Staffing is a great company and great for entry level. However the base salary is very low compared to others, and on top of that, the commission structure is very volatile and dependent on other people and not fully on the work you put in.
