Current Employee There's opportunity to be successful in this role. However the development and training to sell into the UX Research space is very much needed. Since Maze has gone upmarket to target enterprise organizations, there's a lot of lessons learned (compared to being PLG). UX Industry has also been struggling and often results in budgets being lost for research tools.
