Hero to zero. I'm still trying to wrap my head around this place. One day, they love you, then not long after, you're out the door. The turnover in the C suite is insane. There's no vision from the CEO beyond exceeding last quarter's sales numbers to please the PE firm. There's minimal training for an organization of this size. Client turnover is significant, as onboarding takes an excessive amount of time, and billing is a major issue.

This place is where sellers go to die. The entire leadership team has recently left the company, fired the marketing team and BDR team. Zero resources for a seller to be set up for success. No one is selling unless you are on the healthcare team. Customers are leaving b/c they can't even get billing done right and keep sneaking in charges. Run away
