VP has a tendency to cancel vacation for the entire sale team if they are behind on their numbers. Didn’t even matter if my quota was met if the team was behind collectively. I was their top agent for much of my 11 years there. Everyone had a partner but me. I asked for one for 5 years before I got one. Too much work too little compassion.

Amazing company to work for. Leaders act with integrity and have created an exceptional culture. Income potential is high, however, with current market conditions, and trends we are seeing a move towards commission limiting activities. The hours and working every weekend are the true downside of the position.
