Growing company with great advancement opportunities but the culture is extremely difficult, you have to give up a piece of yourself, drink the koolaid, work when you are off, always answer your phone, with bad managers/management everywhere on all levels. If you are in the right circle you can thrive, and if you aren't you will always feel uncertain.

I feel like the company is becoming more corporate and loosing its genuine connection with the base. Every week something new is being implemented in to make this job less appealing.
