Former Employee This is an engineering company that sees sales as a “requirement” and not a valued member. Weak regional and national sales leadership since 2021 has consistently weakened the sales team. Prior leadership (that has since retired) more effectively supported the sales team, executive management purposefully has hired weak sales leadership now that is easily manipulated and adversely affects sales ability to make money and support customers.
