N3 lacks proper management. Team Leads can’t answer questions or help their team properly because we all started at the same time. Their managers fail to fill them in properly on changes which leads to a big game of telephone when it comes to new information. The bonus structure is constantly changing. So one day you may qualify, the next you won’t. The payout is one way this month and different the next. There have been 2 occasions where the bonuses were not put it on time and reps had to wait months for it to be corrected and paid out. To top it off the work environment is toxic. Micromanaging, bullying, harassment are to name a few. It happens on the floor in front of everyone. HR does nothing to rectify constant complaints from employees.
