This company has absolutely no leadership voice coming from sales. Quotas we're decided by ELT with zero input or representation from the sales team. Mid level management of the sales team is completely inept and contributed nothing to helping sellers. He only existed to play big brother, and ironically had no idea how to actually find out analyze data on rep activity (though he was convinced he was great at it).

No one hits quota here, absolutely no one. If I could give it 0%, I would for quota attainment.
