Former Employee As a remote rep not working in the same time zone as HQ, I often had to rely on myself to figure out an issue or call a rep in another area to learn the SOP. My initial manager was involved and there to help but his replacement was not. It seemed nbf was taking 1 step forward 2 steps back with new management. Browse Other Reviews
