Guaranteed base for 9 months, but after that you effectively are making minimum wage if you’re not bringing in loans that pay cycle. Very toxic leadership starting at the lowest levels, call themselves scrappy but often just look like teenagers fighting over scraps.

Experience was okay, there are better opportunities out there but everything is what you make of it. Some extremely high paychecks are made here

If you have an existing broker book or can outlast other reps and gain their book, you have a shot. Lead policy and internal process is non-existent. Generally positive and upbeat office environment but lack of feedback gathering hinders leadership from understanding what the boots on the ground are going through.
