Current Employee The company is going through a regime change that is transforming this family founded business to a corporate echo of numbers and charts.
Basic commission is 7%. If you sell 5% less than par it drops to 4%. If you sell 10% under par, you get 2%.
You get bonus if you close >42% and over $230k/month. The bonus could be up to 2.5%. A few months I’ve sold over $500k. Other months <$100k.
They are no longer promoting from within. If you transition out of sales, it will be for a remedial role making closer to $50k.
