There is an uneven distribution of leads mostly going to the newer reps. Too many nights and weekend required. Great product though and good people.

Overall it’s a lacking company that seems to wanna keep up with royal but just can’t. Royal is the leader in this industry that is ultimately slowing down due to the economy.
