The culture and leadership section just isn't defined completely yet but it's getting there. Overall, this is a solid organization to work with despite the changes but I'm not too sure what the future holds.

A bit higher quotas this year so less hit, but we also had the broadcom spinoff which temporarily affected sales. We will see what happens in 2025

Lots of changes with the divestiture from Broadcom but the culture is still amazing, and the pay is decent. Everyone is happy to help and it one of the best companies that I have worked for in my career.
