Company spun-off from VMware, so everything is brand new and going through the growing-pains. Current Compensation was from the VMware days, which was great. But not getting a pay adjustment for the last two years due to the Broadcom acquisition has been tough. Other than stagnant pay, this is a great company, and has a ton of upside potential that we will see coming soon!

Was a much better organization when they were VMW. The EUC/VDI space has been significantly impacted with O365, SaaS and Web native apps.
