Very inexperienced workforce - therefore resources are overworked without meaningful results. Emphasize a great culture, but it is incredibly toxic if you're not one of the 20 people who have been there for a few years. A lot of excitement but never genuine exciting results which is very defeating.

The product is advertised as being enterprise ready but it’s really not there not. The culture at the beginning was great but it lost a lot of that as the company continued to scale and caused a lot of stress on employees as they needed to put in long strenuous hrs.
