The customers are crazy they yell at you for something you cannot control management is sometimes helpful. They’re very two-faced somewhat they act like your friend, but they’re not. 100+ calls a day when we first open the queue are at 300 calls

Great Training. They bring in people from the companies we represent to tell us about the new products entering the market. They do frequently cut commissions on some products which discourages us from even talking about certain companies.
