Former Employee Overall it is a positive environment and the product/eng team is fantastic. The product/market fit is there however there is very minimal marketing or resources for the sales team which makes things difficult and the implementation/success team is too lean. Internal tools are lacking to streamline success and there is no formal training program. Good people and product, they just need to invest more time and money into company structure that works because it will burn everyone out.
