Current Employee Polynovo has been a fantastic place to work, the product is a great fit and solves many challenges providers face. The leadership team is capable and communicative and just a phone call away. Comp is competitive but could be better, they have made changes over the last couple years that I would say are positive. Career growth is another positive here, I would recommend it to anyone working in med device.
