Bad. This company has no clue what they are doing. They're lucky they have a good solution and are getting inbound leads. I haven't seen an outbound booked in over a year. They will turn on you with a flip of a coin with no warning as well. There are better startups out there than this one (and they have been around for 17 years).

Great people, great product. Not a lot of training, you’re expected to just soak it all in but you can ask anyone to help and they will.
