Current Employee The team itself is made up of talented, driven people who genuinely want to help schools, but leadership decisions often make it difficult to succeed. Major structural changes to territories, candidate inheritance, and commission are made with little to no communication. Most of the time, the sales floor learns about changes through second-hand conversations instead of direct transparency, which erodes trust.
The commission structure also feels misaligned with the workload. The people doing the bulk of the relationship-building, facilitating placements, and maintaining client partnerships aren’t always the ones receiving fair credit. It often takes significantly more work to generate the same return as others in similar roles due to how credit is distributed.
Training and onboarding are another pain point. New hires are frequently tasked with training others before fully understanding their own roles, leaving inconsistent processes and putting extra weight on experienced employees to clean up gaps.
The day-to-day work can be rewarding if you care about education staffing, and the camaraderie among the team is strong. But without fixing the lack of transparency, leadership communication, and pay equity, retaining top performers long-term will be a challenge. Browse Other Reviews
