Roller coaster of a company, lots of RIFs, but that is what you can expect at a startup. Management can't plan and forecast, and sales management does not know how to carve up territories to make them equitable, which leads back to point number one above! Lack of inbound leads means that enterprise reps are SDRs too. Decent product, trying to break the hold of the incumbents in the market which is challenging with the lack of basic brand awareness.

The challenge is set in the leadership. Quarterly changing strategy, poor internal comms, mixed go to market messaging and lack of understanding of market conditions and regional variations. A high attrition rate and several rounds of resizing in 9 months. No ramp up time for reps or consistency in value messaging.

My time a Pyramid was less than desirable. The comp plan was not as promised and no one achieved quota during the almost 2 years I was there.
