Great company to work for from culture and leadership with great benefits but all departments underpaid compared to average market. The culture does make up for the pay but only to some. Job security is also a lot stronger then other sales roles.

Very poor quota attainment. Culture seems to be on a downward spiral.

Super positive. Adaptable leadership that cares, and good opportunity to find a fit for yourself within the company if your interests grow beyond the role. It would be nice to have consistent clarity around upward mobility, but I understand we are a startup with big goals(that we hit often), so I can't hold that against anybody.
