Low compensation. No phone or gas compensation. Only car allowance that's low. Commission is out of your control because it's up to the NP to graft. They only accept medicare and are unwilling to accept other insurance, which makes it difficult for companies to work with Reskin. High turnover rate for a reason.

Overall, this company has room for growth. Was not a good fit for me personally, but I do see the vision. Building a territory was difficult, even for seasoned sales folks- but, it is not impossible. Base comp was low, life of deal was high because wound care. Good foot in the door for med sales though.

Great company to start in medical sales. Great managers. Good work life balance. Low base salary. No upward mobility unless you want to move States.
