Former Employee Revity is a decent place to learn how to cold call. The turnover is so high that your chance of making any money is slim because the product is in house BDRs that cold call for small managed IT companies across the country. We couldn't retain BDRs so we couldn't onboard new clients unless our current clients fired us which happened frequently. I was there for 3.5 years and we couldn't grow past 10 employees. All comp plans, BDR and AE included are unattainable as no BDR or AE ever hit 100% plan. We had kids coming right out of college selling for 2+ clients shortly after training and they would burn out. Again if you have thick skin, as I did, and need to cut your teeth to get into tech sales, it's not bad. Browse Other Reviews
