Not great. Very low quality culture and leadership. High stress, overworked, untrained, and underpaid environment. Quality of workmanship and reputation has decreased making it tough on morale, and very challenging to sell without nosediving the margins. Which means bonuses are a unicorn.

Great organization, a lot of upward mobility, a ton of nepotism, and the culture is great. People who work there make it easy to stay. They try to hire for life. Minimal balance of work-life. Pay is very poor compared to competitors in the industry.
