Very challenging environment. Most folks I know are not remotely close to OTE. Lack of rules of engagement. Quotas do not reflect reality of market imo. Can't count on any sort of inbound whatsoever

Not great- leadership is unreliable, scarce inbound leads, 90%+ is not seeing any commission, no established ROE
