The BDR team does fairly well. The Account Executives really struggle. The company is growing its revenue, but significantly over hired on the AE front, so everyone is stretched thin and nobody will hit their number. I don’t expect anyone to even hit 50% of attainment this year. Hopefully quotas get adjusted in the new fiscal to solve the issue. TLDR: Great place to be a BDR, but not so much if you are an AE
