Great org led by a very strong and focused leadership! Phenomenal teammates and incredibly talented/smart individuals across the company. PMF is IMO is a 10 over 5! Strong PLG motion that generates high quality back-end data on customers with a very high inbound funnel that we need to convert to Enterprise. We are still growing our GTM team! Tons of opportunities!

Adding more AE's when existing ones aren't meeting quota. It was great as a smaller team, but scaling headcount risks undermining everyone's ability to consistently achieve quota beyond a single quarter.
