Scribe has huge inbound demand and solves a painful problem for customers. We're growing quickly and the team is consistently exceeding targets. I have high confidence in leadership. There could be more direct training/prof development opportunities, but we are all fairly slammed from inbound lead volume. There is definitely room to grow in your role. Accelerators are fairly low, but this is balanced by high team attainment + pipeline being almost entirely inbound today.

Adding more AE's when existing ones aren't meeting quota. It was great as a smaller team, but scaling headcount risks undermining everyone's ability to consistently achieve quota beyond a single quarter.
