Current Employee Cannot emphasize enough how horrible of an experience Secoda is. Disrespectful and micromanagy leadership doesn’t begin to cover it. CEO would live watch all calls via Gong, and slack you simultaneously telling you what to say when and how to position Secoda. Even more, he would join calls unexpectedly and unannounced, and take over the call if it wasn’t going how he wanted. Oh yeah, and he’s 27 years old and has never held a sales job in his life. Absolute sinking ship and, obviously, would not recommend. Cannot emphasize this enough, especially if you are a woman stay far far away. No HR department and another co-founder who idly sits by and is afraid of standing up to him. About as toxic as it gets.
