Former Employee None of C-suite came from the Packaging Industry which made it very difficult.
Everything revolved around the commissioned sales reps and how to keep them happy.
Reorganization just took place to change reporting structure. Hurt some positions and might help sales positions in the long term.

Salesforce just implemented and sales reps spend hours entering data only for upper management to use to see what each rep is doing. They want reps making 20-25 cold calls a day instead of worrying about how many meetings each rep is having with decision makers presenting solutions.
