Current Employee Consistent Management turnover. Hiring from outside the industry so they make terrible decisions during learning curve. Solta is the aesthetics division of bausch health so they use Solta to pay for Bausch’s debt. Always changing comp plan to figure out how to pay reps less and less. Commission is capped. Compliance is managed as if they were a pharma company, making it impossible to compete with other players in the industry who abide by different rules.
