The company lacks a clear culture—teams are siloed, and communication is poor. Leadership often dismisses employee concerns, and those with differing views risk being pushed out. Performance is secondary to internal politics and relationships. There are no defined KPIs or realistic goals, and transparency with clients is lacking. What’s promised often doesn’t reflect what’s delivered. Frequent ownership changes (five times) and high employee turnover raise red flags about long-term stability. Contracts don’t always align with reality—some employees are unexpectedly required to work on-site. Feedback from management, especially in sales, is vague and unhelpful, making it hard to grow or work independently. The environment is affected by gossip, favoritism, and unprofessional behavior. Confidential conversations are sometimes shared, and inappropriate language is tolerated. While there are kind, competent people within the company, they’re often undervalued. Significant cultural and leadership changes are needed for meaningful improvement.
