Former Employee Stellantis operated more as channel or field sales, so it doesn’t neatly align with RepVue’s rating system. Compensation was structured around a base salary plus quarterly bonuses tied to the regional business center’s sales goals.
The perks were strong—free company car and gas were fantastic—and this role sparked my passion for sales. That said, Stellantis struggled with retention, as the pay structure wasn’t highly competitive for top performers who could earn more elsewhere. Many colleagues transitioned to larger automakers, and I ultimately moved into a true base-plus-commission role.
