Current Employee I work on the Home Health and Hospice side, which is an entity of Sutter Health. I didn’t know that until I was already hired. My role is a field role requiring me to call on hospitals and clinics. The compensation structure is pitiful and was capped until this year. Although it’s no longer capped, making decent commission is unattainable for many.
