Company makes it difficult to sell. Reps don't have the capacity to actually function as a rep. Role primarily consists of hunting down appropriate paperwork to bill insurance instead of this being done by an internal team member. Obtaining appropriate paperwork is continually being made harder by corporate and compliance.

Good product and culture. Tons of admin/busy work that is placed on the sales team. Lots of work for not that much pay.

The company seems to be on a downward trend, with more and more nitpicking and micromanaging as the years go on. Once a powerhouse, now sad due to management and need to cut pay for reps. All about the stock price (that is in the ground, mind you).
