Experience was mixed at best. Weak C Suite with exception of the President. AI tech stack feels overhyped, sales reps are given a below average toolset for (full cycle) prospecting, very weak upper management layer below C suite when it comes to sales mentorship. Ideas are pivoted to, implemented, failed, and recycled over the course of several years without takeaways or incremental gains. Very few automated processes.

Company is PE owned ( Mill Rock out of NYC ), Tandym recently had a big layoff approx 35% of total ee base ( wiped out entire Midwest/Central region, it's enitre LifeSciences group, all the ee's in FL, and most of CA team.
