My overall experience was terrible. Sadly, I had great clients and achieved solid sales but the leadership here is inexperienced and it shows as they try to hide by claiming everyone in the company is "family". Some folks have unlimited PTO and take months off while others are limited so apparently the family has favorites. Sales leader was a former sales guy turned coach turned manager who is desperate to sell and didn't offer much leadership or support. Fired people without warning and missed his own targets often. CEO is a micromanager who requires company wide meetings EVERY day. Overcompensates often, causing unprofessional work environment for anyone in business development or sales because the CEO "can always do your job better". Support/support team are top notch. CTO recently departed and the technical co-founder only works part time so they have a number of engineering related challenges preventing growth/stability. Customer Success goes above and beyond and is great but rolls to the sales manager/CEO. Both with spouses who don't work. Meaning, it will always be YOU vs. them if someone has to go. Product has potential but company is lacking.
