Former Employee Culture was very on and off regarding being personable and easy to converse with. Tons of drama in office, talking about one another as if it’s funny or a hobby.
Many previous colleagues have reached out regarding their experience being equally uncomfortable regarding like feeling this is a role that teaches you, grows you, and supports you.
If you’re looking for a job that is just for experience to say you had one, go for it, but tread lightly. Promotion paths are still undergoing (been a few years of being in an entry role and no progress shown with my colleagues unfortunately).
