Current Employee My overall experience at Thompson Creek has been positive overall. We offer a world class product, and build meaningful relationships with our clients. During my two years there I’ve consistently converted above the company average, and have grossed approximately 3 million in sales. The day-to-day is difficult however, given the amount of travel involved, and there is no base salary - all sales representatives are 100% commission based.
