Project managers occasionally got overwhelmed and allowed deals to slip through the cracks, but overall my experience was positive. Good culture, most reps made excellent money, and the schedule was as flexible as you wanted it to be.

Base compensation is only low because it's 100% commission-based. It's D2D B2C solar sales. Typically you'd start as a person who sets appointments and get paid if the deal goes through. Pay is drastically better if you become a closer. Closer pay is around 100k-500k depending on how good you are (still 100% commission based)
