Great product in a fast growing market. Recently acquired by Harness. That’s when things fell a part. Acquisitions never workout for the company merging.

The place is a mess, reps are being micro managed to input phone calls into excel sheets. They make reps duplicate work in Google sheets and the CRM. Tool overload to make the AE act like SDRs.

New leadership that came in a couple months ago created a toxic fear based work environment - bullying reps, unexpected layoffs, internal cliques. This company has turned into a mess and they don’t seem to appreciate the reps who bring value to the team - they actually just lay them off to bring in their guys.
