This organization is toxic and misleading from time of hire to departure. No leadership involvement, no ROE/rules are followed for territories. Pricing is a "guessing" game for each opportunity. Lack of resources on all aspects of the sales cycle. Constant turn over in all departments.

Not great. Company was acquired by VC 1 year into role and it was obvious how out of touch leadership was on wanting aggressive growth overnight. Competitors would almost always win out on deals. Extremely out of touch quota.

The products are good and have an ok market fit. A little concerning how often employees get fired without notice. I would estimate that the actual OTE for a rep is hitting quota is 66-70K.
