Unfortunately, my experience at UDT fell short of expectations. While I joined the company with enthusiasm, eager to contribute and grow, several promises made during the hiring process were not fulfilled. This created challenges in aligning with the company’s direction and impacted my ability to fully invest in the role.
A significant concern was the lack of transparency and follow-through regarding the compensation plan. When I raised valid concerns about its structure, I felt unsupported, and the issue ultimately contributed to an early and disappointing end to my tenure.
While UDT has the potential to be a great company with talented individuals and strong client relationships, I believe there are areas for improvement, particularly around leadership communication, honoring commitments, and fostering an open environment where employee feedback is valued rather than dismissed.
I hope UDT takes steps to address these issues for the benefit of current and future employees.
